About the Opportunity
I’m seeking a creative and organized Social Media Intern to help grow and manage the online presence for my author brand, Ivy Ashby. With 52 books planned for release in 2026 across children’s, YA, and clean adult fiction, this role offers a rare opportunity to be part of a large-scale publishing launch from behind the scenes.
Responsibilities

Create and schedule posts for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok

Help develop a content calendar to promote multiple book series

Brainstorm engaging post ideas, captions, and hashtag strategies

Monitor engagement and respond to comments/messages when needed

Collaborate on graphics, short videos, and promotional materials
Ideal Candidate

Strong interest in books, publishing, or social media marketing

Familiarity with at least two major social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)

Good writing skills and an eye for visuals

Self-motivated, organized, and able to meet deadlines

Comfortable working remotely and independently
