#DollarsAndDreams {Part 2} - Bill Breakdown

Another day with no sales and no Kindle Unlimited Reads. :(
Last post I gave you some background details.
This post I am going to let y'all know where I started at on August 1 so that I can show that I am making slow progress, but also how much book page readds would help me (they're free with your Kindle Unlimited subscription).
I'm also looking for book reviewers - if interested, please reach out and tell me a bit about yourself (IvyAshby2025@gmail.com).

SO from the background provided in part 1,I've remove some things that don't have specific financial numbers and provided a more detailed look at the others. I'm sure I'm forgetting something so if I discover something, I'll add it on in a future update.

Here we go ---

Neither drive or have a license.

--This means gas expense is all mine and I am responsible for getting them and the kids everywhere they need to go and back home, plus my work schedule.

Neither have a job.

--This means I pay for everything for them and the grandkids. My son does still have several thousand in his bank account from where he was working. So, he does get some of his wants.

I have a car payment and a truck payment.

    --Car Payment: $350

    --Truck Payment: $500

I have a truck that needs repairs.

    --$3000

I have a car that needs repairs.

    --$3500

I have a land payment.

    --$200

I have several properties that I paid tax liens on.

--No monthly payment - yearly property tax, which is due is under $50 for all 3 (foreclosure costs, when the time comes, I have no idea on)

I have regular bills:

    --car insurance: $300

--co-op buy in: $200 (which literally saves me 100s on groceries)

    --electric: $700

    -gas: $200

    --water & trash: $200

    --internet: $100

    --amazon prime, hulu, netflix: $100

--cell phone (for all 3 of us): $300

--Rent: $2100 (was $2700 for Aug as I was unable to pay until the 21st - 600 in late fees - talk about gouging)

    --Divorce Bills:$20000

--Student Loans: Not sure as I can't pay normal bills

Additionally, there are bills for: food, gas, car maintenance, clothes for the kids, a toy here and there for the kids, hygiene items for everyone, diapers, wipes, and so on. (I have not purchase any new clothing for myself since a 2020)

Without late fees and without anything added in the "additionally" list, my monthy total is: $5250 (also without the  divorce bills (that they will eventually start docking my pay for and the very needed car repairs)

Stay tuned for Part 3 that will show what the bills were at on Aug 1.
