I used to love the holidays. As the years have passed, not so much

A few years ago I did a huge Christmas for my grandkids and last year I didn't decorate one thing -- I didn't cook, I didn't wrap a present. 

I used to decorate each month, for each holiday, for my kids as they were growing up. I also homeschooled, so we would always work whatever holiday was approaching into what we were doing.

I want to, of course, get bills caught up - so birthdays and Christmas will be small this year. No over-cooking for Thanksgiving and Christmas, etc.

But, I do want to be sure I decorate. I do want to go back to the simple days of just remembering being around those you love is so much more important.

With that, I want to try to hold myself to holiday reads. This year there will be 3 in November and 3 in December (details soon). Next year maybe not as many as I do have some health issue going on and I'm not exactly how certain on how series everything is going to end up being (so anticipating I'm going to need even more income to counter the medical bills I have upcoming).
